The NY Giants were eliminated from playoff contention - the first to be eliminated in the NFL and the first time the team was eliminated before Thanksgiving in its hundred year history. I'm going to drink a great deal of brown liquor and remind myself that you're not allowed to just switch teams.

I know this isn't baseball because I just finished watching the World Series with Gar(*) back at the start of the month and neither of the teams were called the Giants. Which is NFL again?

*Talk about heart breakers. So sad to see the Jays lose like that. Oh fuck, I'm turning Canadian.
